LeBron Reportedly Planning For Exit In 2018

The Cleveland Cavaliers have had a horrible offseason. For a team that lost in the NBA Finals, the future of the Cavs looks darker than ever. With David Griffin leaving the organization in the offseason and Kyrie Irving requesting a trade, the hopes of The Land rested on their prodigal son, LeBron James. However, it looks like The King is planning his exit from Cleveland, according to NBA writer Chris Sheridan.

“This will be LeBron’s final season in Cleveland,” the source told Sheridan. “He is 100 percent leaving. Relationship with owners beyond repair.”

James returned to Cleveland in 2014 following a four-year stint with the Miami Heat, where he won two championships and went to four straight NBA Finals.

Many people thought that LeBron would remain with the Cavaliers for the rest of his career. However, after fulfilling his promise of delivering a championship home in 2016, James might be looking for greener pastures. And with reports of his relationship with ownership going down the drain, we might be tuning into ‘The Decision 2.0’ in July 2018.
